How does the station work?
PAUL hydraulic stations are mainly used to operate hydraulic equipment used in the production of prestressed concrete elements. Pump units are usually equipped with a three-phase motor, but can also have an AC engine, pneumatic motor and gasoline motor.
The control is usually carried out by means of a reliable manual hydraulic valve. Additional electrical controls are also available for any desired assembly functions.
Complete hydraulic station includes a base unit, power unit, pressure gage, hydraulic couplings and interconnecting cable.

How do the hydraulic stations work?
This equipment is necessary mainly for the operation of hydraulic-type mechanisms. These Paul pump units are equipped with a three-phase engine, but there are models that have AC motor, pneumatic motor and gasoline motor. The control is generally carried out using manual hydraulic valve, which is characterized by low resource consumption. Other controls (automated or electrical) are also possible depending on the assembly.
When used with tensioning jacks, the pump unit is equipped with an adjustable relief valve with a fly-wheel for setting the pressure load. There are also adjustable valves which provide retraction and wedge seating functions. Another valve is a drain valve, which makes it easier to relieve stress pressure.
The electric motors are equipped with switches to protect the motor during overheating or overloading.
Radial-piston pump is mounted on the flange of the motor. The reverse flow filter ensures oil purification.
