An extruder is a machine that is used to cast a product from a concrete mixture. Production facilities at this level use large screw extruders. Depending on the model, the machine can have up to 9 screws and motors that control their operation. The augers function like a meat grinder - they grind the concrete mixture and press it through an opening under high pressure. In this way, the concrete takes on a predetermined shape.
