EXTRUDER

Extruder is built on the unique modular platform with separate drive of screw. Operating speed is up to 3 meters per minute. It is the first in the world extruder, designed on unique modular platform and assigned for producing wide spectrum of products: concrete hollow core slabs, massive slabs, full-bodied piles, hollow piles, T-beams and many others. Possibility of forming products from 80 up to 500 mm. Standard width 1,2 1,5 2,4 m.

SAWING MACHINE

TDM sawing machine for lengthwise and cross cutting of slabs with heights up to 550 mm and width 1200 mm. Construction of sawing machine represents rigid steel construction in combination with complex electric control unit. Sawing machine operates in manual or automatic mode. Preliminarily programmed settings of sawing can be installed for different shapes, special programs for automatic double cutting of high plate are embedded in control system. Control system allows retracing whole history of cuttings. Sawing speed can be adjusted.
Lengthwise sawing of slabs is provided in manual and automatic mode. Operating angles are: 0-180 degrees, switching between modes is manual.
Machine is simple in use, service and maintenance. Position of cutting disk projected on the plate with the help of laser line.

DISTRIBUTION OF CONCRETE

Concrete distributing systems are designed for supplying ready-to-use concrete mix from concrete mixing plant to molding shop or production area. It is assigned for operating with rectilinear and curvilinear areas of double-rail tracks. We offer Kubel of distributing systems with electric engines (up to 4), transverse portal or semi-portal distributor and complex control system.

Magnetic formwork

Litec presents an original solution based on magnets. Magnetic formwork is used in the production of precast concrete structures. This type of formwork allows you to speed up and facilitate the process of production of concrete products. A series of magnetic formwork includes:

Shuttering magnets are used to form the formwork on the steel table

Magnetic formwork system assembled -  shuttering magnets; adapters; insert magnets; formwork board, etc.

Insert magnets are used to form hollow plates, openings, for fixing embedded parts.

Thanks to the insert magnets, it is possible to solve difficult problems.

Magnetic chamfer is used to form technological recesses and beveled corners.

Tilting and stationary tables

Tilting and stationary tables provide flexibility in production and are used for the manufacture of various precast concrete products.
Tilting tables provide the possibility to cast wall panels, facade elements and special products in a horizontal plane. The tables are equipped with high-frequency vibrators for perfect concrete compaction and high-quality formwork. The side boards are individually manufactured. Formwork on the tilting tables is carried out with a crane, whereby the tables are tilted up to an angle of approx. 80° by means of a hydraulic or mechanical system.


Precast concrete equipment: types of machines and their purpose

Precast concrete products of different types are used in the construction of buildings and other architectural structures. Modern requirements for them are quite high - the demand is for products with a precise shape, correct dimensions, smooth surface, corresponding to the specified parameters and requiring minimal processing.

Such precast concrete can be obtained using equipment for extrusive production technology. This method includes a variety of machines and tools that allow for efficient production and high quality products.

Precast concrete equipment: what will be needed for production?

The technological line includes special machines and tools that perform clear functions.

Extruder - production of concrete hollow core slabs

An extruder is a machine that is used to cast a product from a concrete mixture. Production facilities at this level use large screw extruders. Depending on the model, the machine can have up to 9 screws and motors that control their operation. The augers function like a meat grinder - they grind the concrete mixture and press it through an opening under high pressure. In this way, the concrete takes on a predetermined shape. Then the extruder pushes off the product and moves on.

TDM Engineering extruders are characterized by a wide range of functions. They are suitable for the production of hollow core floor slabs of different sizes.

Casting bed - a place for laying out the product

The casting bed is a steel-covered area where the precast concrete production process takes place. The extruder moves along it, here the product is reinforced and hardened, as well as cut.

TDM Engineering uses high quality 8 mm thick steel sheets for the production of the bed. The bed is also equipped with a heating system.

The standard width of the bed is 1.2 or 1.5 meters, but it is possible to order a bed with a width of 2.4 meters or with other parameters.

Slab sawing machine - cutting of finished slabs

When the product has gained strength and is fully cured, the manufacturer needs to cut it to the specified length. For this purpose, a special saw is used. Universal saw TDM Engineering is the best example in its class. It can make cuts at any angle, work at different speeds, memorize the history of cuts. Also, the operator can set the work in automatic mode.

Address concrete distribution system

The purpose of this system is clear from its name. Since large volumes of material are used in production, TDM Engineering offers to automate the process of its delivery from the concrete mixing plant to the casting area.

The system includes a self-propelled shuttle, rails and control system. The self-propelled shuttle is equipped with an electric motor and can move quite quickly, not only in a straight line, but also on curved rails.

Equipment for tensioning reinforcing strands

Reinforcement is used for the manufacture of almost all precast concrete. It allows to make them stronger, more resistant to cracking. This process can be carried out in different ways. The simplest and most accessible - mechanical with the help of a hydraulic jack.
