TDM Engineering’s concrete distribution system is a complete technological solution designed to improve production processes in reinforced concrete plants. This system includes rail tracks, self-propelled shuttles, control system and intermediate hoppers, providing increased efficiency, safety and product quality.

Main elements of the system Addressed concrete mix delivery:

  1. Rail tracks: they can be straight, rounded for turns, with ascents and descents, providing flexibility in design and convenience in workflow.
  2. Self-propelled shuttles: Made of durable steel that is resistant to moisture and concrete. TDM Engineering’s self-propelled shuttles is highly maneuverable due to polyurethane wheels and adjustable slewing speed. Efficiently delivers concrete mix to the extruder or intermediate hopper. Available in two drive motors and drive motors models. Can be different volume of shuttles, from 1.0 till 3.0 m3 of wet concrete.
  3. Control system: easy to operate, can be set to automatic mode, which greatly simplifies the production process.
  4. Intermediate hoppers: used for temporary storage of concrete mix. Reduces material delivery time and ensures the constant quality of concrete mix thanks to the vibrating device.
  5. Concrete distribution shuttle: is an automatic transport tool that moves on a rail system to deliver concrete from the concrete mixing plant to the production site. It is designed to work with both straight and curved sections of double-rail tracks.

Conditions ensuring quality implementation of the Concrete distribution system.

  • Concrete distribution system: concrete trucks, which are specialized shuttles that move along the pre-laid tracks to the places of concrete casting machine. These shuttles are equipped with mechanisms for unloading of concrete and can stop and unload not only at strictly defined locations.
  • Control System: An automated control system is used to coordinate the operation of the concrete delivery shuttle and concrete distribution portals with Intermediate hopper, usually located in the control room of the concrete mixing plant. It controls the movement and unloading of concrete trucks, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of delivery in a targeted concrete mix delivery system.
  • Power Supply and Motion: The shuttles move on rails using electric motors. Power is supplied via a trolley busbar, which also transmits control signals.
  • Shuttle cleaning system: After each working day, the shuttles must be rinsed to keep them clean and ready for the next use.
  • Order Organization and Automation: Concrete mix orders are created and executed through a control system that can be operated either manually or automatically. This provides flexibility and responsiveness in managing production flows.

Technological superiority in the production of reinforced concrete with the Addressable Concrete Feeding System.

The system of addressable concrete mix feeding from TDM Engineering represents a revolution in the field of reinforced concrete production. It not only increases efficiency and reduces labor costs, but also helps to improve concrete quality and minimize waste. Thanks to its versatility, ease of operation and the ability to work automatically, this system is the ideal solution for today’s production needs.
